IESM-008 would be great to get - i expect that its availability has to do with the release date: 2003/04/05; also IESM-011 released: 2003/07/05; and, also IESM-016 released: 2003/11/06 [covers posted below] - btw Ai Okazaki did at least another fist video: MAD-02 [covers posted below]
