OK, it's not titles but files.
So I have to sort out trash, duplicates and different encodes of the same title.
And not all titles are Chiharu solo.
I will sort the files if there's any interest.

Methinks Tiger33 wants to clarify the existing accounts or how our system works...?

1. The original titles (Maguro-001, SND-26, 31 and 33) cost USD$210.
2. We have till-date USD$300 pooled.
3. We will use the excess (USD$300-210= USD$90) to purchase more titles for our library.
4. It's a WIN-WIN for everyone. More new members join, the more titles everyone gets to share. Especially when we have similar tastes and love Chiharu.

But it will be in a private form like the other titles due to my local legislation issues.

than mirroring something already well known on Torrent/DDL

If you have a version from Torrent or DDL why not just post the links/torrent here.
Doesn't make much sense to convert it to a private form.
But you can decide that yourself if you wanna provide something.

If you could put that up on rapidshare i would be grateful.
Some of these files are around but they are often on fileshares i cannot use.
I am not a fan of paying out for 10 premium accounts, i stick with rapidshare and mydownloader which gets me pretty much all major filehosts for just 2 subscriptions.


Also i have noticed we seem to have a majority vote so far with BBB-05 unless i am mistaken?
If this is correct i dont see why we do not purchase this title now rather than waiting for the 13th or 14th.
I appreciate people may join, but more titles would also bring more people to the table who may otherwise be holding back.
This speeds up our donations and gets us more films, so why not try to grow our library quickly with popular and rare titles rather than waiting for arbitrary dates which slow the growth of our group?

I also have DATE003 in 1.4GB AVI. I remember i got it from a torrent a while back.
Chiharu looks great, of course.. but IMO it's not a good enough movie to warrent paying for a higher quality version then this.

BBI005 would still be my first vote over the other movies posted (assuming i'm the only one interested in a GAS129 ISO) I realllllly want to see Hana Ueharu's massive soapy tits bouncing in that smooth motion only ISOs can give.

I am not asking to buy that film my vote is still bbb-05.
I just wondered if someone has links for me to download it, preferably in rapidshare.
It is available on hotfile but i dont have premium access and the free download runs at a throttled 3kbs which takes about 6hrs per 100mb.
And i am not downloading 14 chunks at 3kbs...

We are not waiting for any chip in.
It will just be done like described in the procedure.
I already changed it once and one week is not that long for a vote.
As you say ONLY one title is clear and only 13 out of 33 possible votes are made.

And the most practical reason is to first collect all titles and process them together to have a lower workload for me.
It looks like at least 3 titles can be ordered as there are already 120USD in the pool.

However Tiger33 wanted to add titles, qwerty888 wants the SND-17 and I will vote.
So I can't agree with you that 3 out of 9 is NOBODY interested.
Two more and the majority is reached so wait with your judgement.
And titles will be added no matter who is interested or not (as this has already been decided).

I used and like your FTP idea, especially when you are able to have control over the members' restricted access. Takes a wee bit longer than DDL i suppose but it's worth the security. The problem with DDLs (Direct Downloads) is there are too many of them around and obviously we don't subscribe to all.... but generally i find megaupload to be the best of the bunch especially for us who don't have an MU account (i use JDownloader to queue my free DDLs). Fileserve and Sharingmatrix both work well FREE with Jdownloader too. As for torrents, i don't use them anymore ever since i migrated over to the dark side.

But FTP is still my #1 recommended way to go for ease and security.

Each member has 3 votes. So not just the top title gets purchased. The 2nd and/or 3rd spots will be too. As Newyorker mentioned, only 13 out of the possible 33 (11 tribe members) have voted, so we are waiting.... i suggest to have a 10 day(?) expiry next time.

Just to remind you, the group decided to add titles rather than making it available here like requested here sometimes.
So please keep all titles (initial 4 and any additional in the future) just for you like stated in the chip in info post.
Don’t make any redistribution even to other members.
Only use the official distributions recognized by the group.
(Torrent, FTP, DC by Tiger33 in the past and now my FTP (Torrent) and file hosting links)

But I don't know if I can manage to setup such a thing.

Maybe after the new titles of this vote I will make a list of Chiharu files from Share.
Then all members can request files from the list if there's anything new.
For files existing on Torrent/DDL it would be better if you could help each other.

The server only permits login to member accounts. Anonymous login is rejected
Member accounts are disabled after the download. At the moment only the account of Cirus is enabled.
Folders shared to each member account can also be controlled.
Even if an account is leaked it’s already disabled, when enabled next time the folders already downloaded are not shared to that account again.
Just in case an account has suspicious multiple downloads of the same titles, it’s deleted.

To someone in the US the max speed was about 900KB/s=7.3mbps with 4 connections but I don’t know what his max speed is.
You should be able to make 10 connections, please change the number of connections and see which is the fastest.
The server is in Asia, so it might be faster to someone in Asia and slower to someone in Europe in general.
My connection is gigabit with a real upload of about 240mbps=30MB/s but international speed might be limited somehow.
Although upload goes above 20MB/s on some fast torrents, upload to Hotfile's FTP is about 7MB/s when fast.

i find megaupload to be the best of the bunch especially for us who don't have an MU account (i use JDownloader to queue my free DDLs). Fileserve and Sharingmatrix both work well FREE with Jdownloader too.

The shortcoming of MU is that you can’t have parallel uploads.
Megamanager looses your uploads and you need e-mail to recover.
The Multiuploader on the homepage can batch upload but no parallel upload.
FTP is reserved to premium users. Is there any way for free users?

These have parallel uploads for free users, all worked OK.

Sharingmatrix(Filesonic)
For me completely impossible to download anything since a few weeks ago.

Haven’t tried it yet.

But FTP is still my #1 recommended way to go for ease and security.

Nearly as much security is given on a Torrent using a private tracker only for the members.
Every member downloads a Torrent with his unique ID.
The tracker has records of the downloads that you can see if one ID has many downloads.
So you can disable the access for leaked .torrent files and disable the account of this member (as far as I know).
And it’s easier and faster than the FTP as everybody contributes by his own upload.
In my opinion the ranking is

1. Torrent on a private tracker only for members
2. FTP
3. File hosting

Is file hosting that fast for premium users?
I don't know as I have never had a premium account.
As free user I get only about 100KB/s-300KB/s from all of them.
