There are actually still quite a handful of actresses who do that kind of stuff (massive creampie gangbang and/or gokkun) who haven't performed for Furasupi yet. I think it pretty much boils down to how much the studio is willing to pay them.
For example, look at the new ENKI, the discontinued MVSD, or the still ongoing MIGD series.

And how can you be certain that KV's creampies are real?
The answers is that you have to determine it yourself (even uncensored videos can contain fake pies sometimes). I'm pretty sure that those movies I posted use real creampies. Slim chance that they aren't, it doesn't matter because my mind is pretty damn convinced already

You are right that most JAV creampies are fake. JAV is way too health conscious to allow bareback or creampies. I mean most use condoms for god sakes. There isn't 100% fool proof way to prove fake/real but there are alot of clues and subtle hints. Like film edits, viscosity/volume of semen, male acting, female actress (The more famous, the less likely its real) .
On the topic of KV, I personally believe most of them are real.
