yt-dlp works really well, but it's a command-line tool. Porni beat me to it.
jdownloader2 has an interface and also works really well, just make sure to download it from their forum which has the version with no ads.

and i got this error,,, do you know what happen here ??

Sounds like there's something on your network restricting downloads if even the update of the software is failing so look into disabling that if you're the admin or using a vpn maybe. No way to say what it is with the little info we have and the error isn't specific.
I use free firewall and i dont open it .. i pretty sure i dont start it ...
but when i start my firewall today ,,, it ask me if i allow this ytdl or not ,, and then the ytdl can connect to internet
may be these firewall run in background even i dont start it ...
