Okay, so, after some searching and revising Japanese grammar, I've found a pretty good approach: 「他男の精子を飲まされる」, which is causative-passive, basically "made to drink other man's sperm" (not "eat" as it is usually put in English). Playing with it, e.g.「他人のザーメンを飲ませた NTR AV」, which is just causative, i.e. "(she) made (him) drink another person's semen", while specifying "AV" and "NTR" also works
