cluster3.adultadworld.com is slowing down system

what is going on with the add cluster3.adultadworld.com? It takes between 3 and 10 minutes for me to load a single page as it takes enormous time to get this add loaded?

their site is having serious problems.
(Should not say this but "I Said So" - about .NET pages )

Their code syntax is malformed in their web pages, so I guess the ad code is not much better.
