at 00:00:05 u can see her name in japanese ドミニカ which is pronounced as "dominika", after some searching i'm pretty sure she's Nicky Reed, and she looks much better in this scene than most of her american ones don't u think?

Found this at dailymotion. It's the Japanese TV show "Midnight in Roppongi" (ミッドナイトin六本木). There's no sex in this video, just a topless massage, but the link says the show's runtime was 2 hours, so I wonder whether this video is a complete episode or there was some more action. On the one hand, judging by the masseur's questions, I'd say the point was just to tickle the girl. Besides, it's TV. On the other hand, she's topless (yeah, pretty weak, I know) and it's still a Japanese late-night (not so weak, huh?) show.
