I know for sure the first girl is a porn actress since I've seen her before and just forgot the name. Second one is Avril Sun and the fourth is Bibi Noel. I doubt anyone actually does the random pickup thing no matter what the studios may want you to believe considering the possible health risks.

Without clearer screengrabs I can't be sure, but I tend to agree that it looks like Avril Sun and Bibi Noel are in there.
