It's not on your end.

I couldn't even play it in MPC, only in VLC and WMP. And those just stopped when I tried to jump to the last few minutes.

Opened it in VirtualDub and got this error message (after it tried to construct an ASF index block):

I couldn't download it as it says the 10 download limit for each file is reached so create a free Collector's Account in RS(or create a free Collector's and a paid Premium, and move any Collector's file into Premium). I'll copy and paste what RS says below.

Sorry I forgot to set it as collectors file. In the future, I'll be sure to create as collectors acount.

Edit:does anyone know where i can get drm removal software for free? such as soundtaxi, tunebite. I'll be glad to share a movie purchased from dmm but cant find them for free except trial version, which wont convert whole lengths of the movie.
