im on a mac and couldnt get sound working with anything there, something about "wmas" audio. i tried it in a windows virtual machine and got sound in wmp in there though.

LoL! I have VLC, MPC, and 1 other Mac player, but no WMP be/c I have Mac and refuse to have Microsoft-related things for a long while now

I'm also on Mac. Although I dual-boot Windows 7, I don't really use it.
I use VLC and know that some WMA/WMV formats are not supported on VLC.
