Looks like they're separate. Hawaii looks to be distributed through Soft on Demand and Bermuda through Mousouzoku (might be a defunct label now, website is down).
I'm not sure which makes me laugh the most, the covers themselves or the official label description:

I have assume it's all part of the alien joke.If you look carefully you will find several covers like this, I think that for you to be able to do like this cover, your penis has to be 50cm, there is no plausible explanation for why they keep doing this?, Could it be that these covers were successful among Japanese women?
I actually love Takara covers. Right behind Center Village covers
