First. thanks for all the messages and posts with kind words and advice, I considered everything and will be applying it to new policies, I'll get into it more later but I will be focusing more on managing myself than messing with a good and simple format, I'll also try working together with other members more.

New Policies and Plans

I will only deliver files on Sundays, If you order before 11pm EST you'll recieve the files during that wave, if you are order after that time you'll have to wait until the following sunday for your files. This is to limit the amount of time I spend creating links and answering to orders

I'll be keeping the catalog in its original form, backpurchases are subject to same rules as normal orders.

Cultured Subscription Club will be discontinued after its current funding runs out, this should be in around 6-7 months. For that reason it will no longer take any new members. A new project will take it's place focused more on PPV, contents of Cultured Subscription Club will be downloadable in a different format.
Original CSC members will have 3 months after that time to download the archive.

IM4K Bonus is now Imouto 4K Reward Group
The bonus list method of distribution of additional IM4Ks is tedious now so its being replaced, starting December it wll be replaced with Imouto 4K reward group, People who fund Imouto related content will recieve a 14 day all access link at the start of every month based on following criteria:

So the update completed, and the idol store on DMM was replaced with a new site, DMM.tv under the category of gravure, I will not be able to rip from this site since tools will have to be updated and it seems the siite barely fuhnctions on chromium browsers, I'm gonna send out everything i have for now,

One video from the Rino set is missing and Marina set also is missing 2 videos.

As soon as we can get adjusted to the new DMM gravure site ill continue with ripping digital versions, until then the most idol funds will be focused on physical versions. Makers such as SpiceTV, Guild, IMAX have their own sites and are unaffected, this mostly affects are ability to get good version of takeshobo, air control, liverpool, etc who mostly release DVDs and only had DMM as an HD option.

Updates

I'd like for everyone from now on if possible, to sometimes scan and check files for things like poor rips, missing items and such, sometimes there's some human errors when I'm putting these together.

Reward packs have just been sent out, there was about 12 members in Imouto Reward Tier 1 and 3 members in Tier 2.

Regarding this months funds, I have to make changes from what i planned due top changes to the DMM website.

A new catalog should be ready this month and will be hosted on my own site,

Due to helpful contributions from other members, a near complete liist old IM4Ks sample material including the trailers, banners and thumbnails was recovered, that will also be hosted on the site.

What is im4k_ku files?
These are listed as Showcase 360 on the website, they are 8 videos of 2 minutes each, and consist of an idol standing on a turntable showing off her body and outfit. 4 of the videos are vertical videos and 4 are normal widescreen versions.

I'd also like to announce my IMBD Project

Starting january im making it a goal to collect all of the IMBD series, I'masking thay anyone who has collected IMBD ISO to contact me on akiba or email and let me know what you have. before i start purchasing i want to make sure as few as possible things are purchased redundantly. People who submit ISOs will get credit towards any of the IMBD funds for each one they submit.

Once the project is complete, everyone who contributes should be looking at a full collection.

Heads up to people who are still downloading from the server,

On wednesday 12/14 ill be doing a little bit of maintenance, i have one bad drive and if not promptly taken care of we can lose everything, the system will need maybe two days to rebuild, during that time it will be very hard to download so i might disable downloads completely until its done.

On the topic of storage, i was looking at what we've accomplished so far, although not everyone funds everything, the total size of what this group has funded is 13TB, at this rate i might have to seek another capacity upgrade. I may also have to take measures like deleting rips(DVD/BD) after a period of time
