Let's not argue too much about preferences in looks, guys. I mean, I might have questionable beauty standards as well. And I see it as a positive: you get more chances with girls like Aimi, Vmaloy gets more chances with the girls he likes yet you don't, and I get more chances with my types

It's actually interesting (though the thread is not about that), as I've posted multiple times in various threads about my views on beauty/cuteness/sexiness in general, and regarding Japanese girls in particular (example one, example two with the criteria I've come to use, example three that some might find especially controversial, but hey, that's how I feel)

I haven't watched Aimi in action, but on the "static" scale (and by the way, since I wrote about those criteria and even updated them, I've come to rate all three scales both statically and dynamically, i.e. not just sexiness but prettiness and beauty as well; "dynamic prettiness" is, for example, the girl's laugh, voice, manners, while "dynamic beauty" is how she moves, how she smiles, etc.; obviously, these can overlap in lots of cases and ways, but what I'm getting at is that I'm only giving her a static rating since I haven't seen her in action):
  • Sexiness: close-to-perfect breasts and areolas, both in size and color, though on the sexy side, they could have been bigger, like 1.5x maybe, to my taste; lower body seems average, overall body type is really alluring, though... so, at least 70/100 actually, I think
  • Beauty: a lot of the same aspects as above, also considering that her breast size is not too big to be "porn tits", "udders", etc., adds beauty points; now, for the face, as I said, she might be considered below average by some compared to the beauties that exist, but I would still give her 50 points at least, and with the skin and breasts, and overall body shape, that also adds to the points, so it would be 55/100 at least (if we're not just judging the face)
  • Cuteness: as Taako mentioned, she is a bit plump in her cheeks, and I also like that, that might detract from beauty points but it certainly adds to cuteness for me (and as I mentioned, I now understand another reason why I like Shiori so much), so... at least 65/100
Which gives her at least 63/100 on my questionable scale, though if you look back, that's where I would put her compared to Kaho, Rion, etc. (for different reasons described there). Gotta add that Shiori would probably get a lot of the same points, but she would win LOTS of extra points for that heavenly booty... which would lose her some points, though devinetely not as many, in the beauty department since a booty like that makes the body "lewd" (in a good way) rather than strictly "beautiful"... which is yet another questionable view of mine

Do note that this is not just a static rating but also a fast one, based on just a few photos and covers with her

Also, it's not a very ethical thing to do*, I feel, but just for comparison: who do I find beautiful in JAV. I've listed quite a few girls already, but I think one of the latest ones is a great example. And it's also a case in point that we all have our thing(s). Like, for me, if a girl has great hair, it's a huge boost, especially dark "well-textured" hair (not necessarily straight but... robust... what's the right word, even?). And if she has those hair and has a great haircut with them cut short... man, that could be up to 30% of her beauty for me, e.g. the very latest example from the same thread

* I can pirate JAV left and right with no remorse, but when it comes to discussing people's appearance, I'm hesitant to actually say "this girl is not as beautiful as this one"... even though it's obviously subjective and very important in evolution, society, etc. at the same time
 
Even at 31, Aimi still has the potential to top the list, and that's not even considering the fact that she has a bigger bust now:

I might be older than many of you, but I definitely appreciate all that is special in JAV. So I like beauteous women, young and perfect. And I really, really like more mature women, maybe more rounded, maybe more saggy. Especially when their libido betrays them. Point is that it depends on your mood and preferences at that moment.

My friend, while I understand and agree, I don't think none is perfect. Even those women wouldn't agree.
But yes, it's all preference.

She is a beautiful woman. And not a butta face before or now.
However, she is not one of my favorite JAV stars, in beauty or performances.
But she is beautiful, without question.

Far as potentially topping the list, not gonna happen.
She couldn't even do it back then and had the chance. Which was years and years ago.
Let's be honest, Aimi wasn't a great performer, not bad, just not great.
She couldn't emote in her scenes and always look like she was over it before it even started.

I remember a scene where she was a "niece" visiting her uncle house to take a bath or something.
That scene was directly horribly because it was way too long, with no real payoff. Not very stimulating.
This was not her fault, at least I think.
The director allowed her and others actress to do this.
My point is, it was painful to hear and see her try to carry that scene that didn't involved her getting naked.
I could list more examples but I've written too much already lol

Aimi never seemed interest in performing like Rion, another terrible actress.
Both had moments(which I never seen but I take it, their fans knows more than I) :D

If Aimi came back to JAV, I would hope she'd be better because the first time, ugh no lol.
Forgettable performances and made no impact on the industry.
A fan favorite, yes. idolized, yes. Jav impact, no. Performances, no.

These are my opinions.

At the end of the day it's all about personal preference, but at least I think we all agree on her banging body.

I can give you my personal taste just for the sake of discussions, and you can tell me they are ugly I won't feel offended, as I gladly admit those taste are very personal :D.

Facewise, I was a big fan of Nozomi Nishiyama ( the TokyoHot movie) , and Nozomi Mahsiro ( knight visual ), and I have been fapping to those movie for 10+ years so I guess it's close to obsession at this point.
Ayane Haruna is also on my top 10 ( seriously what a slut ),
(I won't mention Yuma Asami / Sora Aoi ect..., every JAV watcher very likely fapped to them )

For active ones, I'd say I quite like Sakura Miura, I instantly fell in love first time I saw one of her movie, I think I also mentionned Kanna Seto in another thread

I'd say this are my type of face.

I dont know why i thought Amaharu Noa was going to be a big star. I think i saw her on a June Lovejoy podcast and thought she was cute. I feel like Ebody debuts fall down the cards quick when they release.

Well, I never thought she would be big... I mean, she could and maybe still can become big, but that's not what I care about. It's enough for me to just have her around :)

Though maybe if she exploded, we would see much more with her and of much better quality, huh... On the other hand, there is burnout, like in any other job. I won't be surprised if not just one or two girls quit because they've started getting a lot of offers and couldn't handle the schedule
