There are a few members that are still bringing new/fresh titles to the board, but, still the ever present watermarks persist. The bad ones, the ones that are at the top and bottom, not to mention the added ads at the front. UUS69 dot com FTW! o_O

I Thz prefer over dioguitar yellow watermarks which are the worst.
Thz rips have frame rate problems and the watermarks stay throughout the entire movie like JaponX.
7sht.me and 44x.me has watermarks at the front of the movies and a much larger size.

But my question is, what's the difference between the 7sht.me and 44x.me? Are the ads both the same?
which of the ads is longer/worse? How to choose the better of 7sht.me and 44x.me?

both are better you just need use avidemux to manually remove the beginning ads without losing any quality. and the rest is good.

Is that even possible? I'm not well versed in encoding but from what i know it takes a lot of work to transcode and splice together a 6gb movie

He just means using the tool to split the file not re-encode anything

Thanks, is there any quality loss from splitting the front end?
So long as the tool simply splits the file and doesn't encode anything, no.

ive noticed a few 1080p rips lately where the resolution goes from fhd to 256x144 throughout the file. dont know which group or individual is doing the encoding but im guessing its messing up because theyre recording a stream with fluctuating quality and they dont double check it afterwards or think its worth the time to fix.

out in the wild though im sure at least some have made there way here. abba-509 is an example but it hasnt been posted here. you can usually tell based on the file size if its split into 2 parts because one will be a fraction of the other file even though most times theyre split in half or pretty close. ynps-002 is another example. those two examples are compilations. it may not be something to worry about with non-compilations or more popular releases because multiple ppl are ripping those so you dont end up with just one messed up rip that everyone is passing around.
