But the most effective way to protect against those kinds of malwares, spywares, etc. and where even the most powerful agency can't do anything is to use a computer that has no hard-drive at all and run it from a Live CD or from a USB stick where your live OS will run from (like Debian, etc.), everything will be stored in the memory (RAM) and nowhere else, there is no way for an agency, a hacker or whoever to inject a script, etc. Once you turn off the machine, nothing is left on the computer (no virus, no cookies, no history, etc.).
If your computer has a HD, then use the same trick but boot the system from the Live CD instead of the C drive
