If DMM has previous movies by the studio and not newer ones, it usually just means either the studio is opting not to post it to DMM (yet) or it's still in transit.

Generally studios need to snail mail movies to DMM and then they'll be ripped and prepped. As far as I know, there's no snazzy 'webmaster/studio' login section where it can all be done online.

Welcome to big business Japan.

I understand new ones may take some time though that seems inconsistent as some movies show up on or right after their release. Only 2 of these are new, the rest are a couple years old or more.

To R18,
I apologize for not including the name of the movie above the link. I can update with that info she I get him if that will make it easier.

I noticed most of this movies are available at the Japanese site but just the Physical copies (DVD). I will check the contracts to see why we do not have this movies on DIGITAL version.

This are the movies on DVD:

http://www.dmm.co.jp/mono/dvd/-/detail/=/cid=71gas364sp/?i3_ref=search&i3_ord=1
http://www.dmm.co.jp/mono/dvd/-/detail/=/cid=h_086bebe06/?i3_ref=search&i3_ord=1
http://www.dmm.co.jp/mono/dvd/-/detail/=/cid=h_748fed021/?i3_ref=search&i3_ord=1
http://www.dmm.co.jp/mono/dvd/-/detail/=/cid=h_618mgro001/?i3_ref=search&i3_ord=1
http://www.dmm.co.jp/mono/dvd/-/detail/=/cid=h_205ehm01/?i3_ref=search&i3_ord=1
http://www.dmm.co.jp/mono/dvd/-/detail/=/cid=h_254kazk050/?i3_ref=search&i3_ord=1

UPDATE: From this list we just have license to publish the digital version for GAS and STAR PARADISE. This movies are released first on DVD and released on Digital version after 6 month as requested by the makers.

Ok thanks for checking. And since I am in the US is there any other way I can order the physical copies?

You can use DMM.co.jp in Japanese and then use some service like Tenso.com to ship to US.
Tenso.com will give you a Japanese address to add as address when you buy something in Japan and from your Tenso.com account you can set up to send it to US.

We have nothing to do with Tenso.com. I dont know the prices and I dont know if there are other similar services...

Thanks for the info everyone. Amazing that after all this I'm pretty much SOL except for maybe the GAS movies but I really don't want a DVD and not sure how safe that is anyway. It should not be this damn hard to find and buy a stinking porn movie. I mean think about it, they know they can't ship here yet they don't offer digital downloads on their sites. Most sites aren't even available in english and we probably would buy more than the people there do.

There's a huge Japanese shop & site that ships adult media abroad. If someone wants to make another thread, I'll post it there. I'm surprised it hasn't been mentioned at A-O given the similarities in name.

The "R player" and the whole Silverlight Playready DRM thing is the most stupid thing I've seen in a site. The streaming part is HORRIBLE, always buffering and stuttering (my connection is great, so not a conn. problem), and since 2 days I can't even play legally bought and downloaded movies anymore on windows 7. At least you could use WMP before, but now the stupid Rplayer gives me an error everytime I try to authenticate:

Network Error occured
Error code:1-6-1-7601 : 5291-1.5.0.7 : 1125-0240
Http request failed.Code=NotFound, Description=Not Found

This is so fucking stupid, is there really no way to remove DRM beside screen recording?

Hi. Is this error from a movie purchase from R18.com and trying to play with R Player? (Make sure you are not trying to play a movie downloaded from DMM with the R Player).

This error is usually due to a Network issue. Could be because you use a Proxy/VPN, your network is too slow or Silverlight installation problem.
If you think your Network is fine please follow this steps to completly delete Silverlight and then make a Silverlight install again:

*** How to initialize the Silverlight license
* Please quit all browsers first.

1. Uninstall Silverlight
– Go to “Control Panel”
– Select “Uninstall a program” or “Programs and Features”
– Select “Microsoft Silverlight”
– Right-click it and select “Uninstall”

Also try this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2608523

2. Show hidden folders
– Go to “Control Panel”
– Select “Appearance and Personalization”
– Select “Folder Options” and go “View” tab
– Tick “Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives” box
– Untick “Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) ” box
– Select “Apply”
– Select “OK”

of course I'm playing R18 legally bought and downloaded movies. As I said it was working fine 3 days ago and I haven't modified anything on my machine, I tried the procedure you suggested several times in these days with no luck. I also tried cleaning the playready license folder in program data and add a firewall rule (even tho as I said it was working fine in the past days).

Your R player is absolutely horribly programmed and clearly not well tested. The whole DRM silverlight shit is just a major pain in the ass for us customers and shows how little respect you have for your customers as well. Before using a proprietary player you should make sure its performance is at least acceptable and if you can't do that at least stick with a consolidated player like WMP was. I'm really disappointed I wasted my money with your site ending with movies I can't even fucking view anymore and I'll be sure to make your site the worst advertisement I can.

p.s. I installed a virtual machine with a fresh windows 7 x64 install, the video is working there, so I think there's some leftover file from both silverlight and R player which is creating this problem, I also followed this procedure https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2608523 but it seems it's not enough, is there any other tool I can use to completely uninstall?

Im sorry to hear that. I am here to help you so please be more polite.

Lets get this step by step:

1- As we explained before the reason why WMP does not work any more is because Microsoft does not support DRM any more on WMP so we were force to build the player and give support by our self.

2- You mentioned it was working before and now its is not working. You also mentioned you did not change anything in your system. There has not been R Player update in the last week. So... I think it is a bit too much saying that its our fault why it does not work now and it work in your VM.
There should be some software you installed recently causing some kind of conflict.

Now questions.
- What is your OS?
- What R Player version are you using? Last version is 1.5.0.7.
- Are the Streaming movies playing?

Don't forget if you have Windows Updates set to install automatically that might impact things. If you ever see a Windows notice saying your PC was rebooted automatically to install updates that can happen. Or if you notice all the windows / browsers you left up the night before are all closed, a reboot may have taken place.

So what's the suggsetion here? Don't patch Windows so you can keep watching porn?

I kinda resent the DRM on vids from DMM but the ones I bought were cheap and like nobody else will even take American cards. lol.
