We are going to keep improving LITE during next months. Search engine, actress list etc are some of the next improvements that will be released.

We work together with Erito.com to license our content. We don't consider it as a rival as we wont give them our content if we do so.
The idea behind LITE is to offer an interface very similar to what users are used now with the TUBE sites and try to convert this TUBE users to paid users offering a very cheap option (4.7 USD compared to the traditional monthly price of 29 USD).
We think offering this interface and price may be appealing for the users that watch porn on TUBE sites.
Erito definitely is a rival. I'm not sure how you can see otherwise. They own most of the tubes you're referring to along with the largest traffic network for adult sites. This lets them direct traffic to whatever they want like nobody's business. They also often with promotions charge under $20USD/month for a subscription.
I think Lite is better in that it at least keeps the titles intact so don't take my comments as criticism. They're anything but!

I purchased GM-032 from R18 a few days ago. I received purchase confirmation email from R18 and the title appears in MyLibrary. However I am unable to download the HD version. All I get is a 2 byte file which of course will not play. I appear to be able to download other titles in HD from MyLibrary.
I've tried to contact R18 support, but haven't received a reply. Just wondering if there is any way I can force a download or how I could fix this problem.

Hi R18. Just a quick note to let you know that GM-032 finally downloaded for me today. Not sure if you had something to do with that - but if you did - many thanks.
Very strange though - I bought a couple of titles after purchasing GM-032 and they downloaded fine as did other titles in My Library.
Have to say customer support is really bad. I've sent several messages and not received a single reply.
Anyway - all's well that ends well I suppose.
There's a bunch of early Mana Sakura titles that have only been released in SD. I'm just wondering if it is possible to make a request to R.18 to release them in HD? I'd buy them all if they were available in HD.
Any thoughts - do R18 take notice of such requests?

Mana Sakura's first title was 5th December 2011, and all her work are on SOD Create. I'm pretty sure that SOD were well into HD at that time. Also they recently released a 5th anniversary compilation title. It features some of the early SD vids in HD. So they were shot in HD. Unfortunately, the scenes in the compilation are heavily edited which is a pity.
So the question still stands. Is there any point in even trying to make a request - my experience with R18 customer support is pretty poor. I've submitted a number of support questions on a title that wouldn't download and never received a single reply.

Has there really ever been actual success with anyone requesting something from a studio? Of course that would depend on how many other people request the exact same thing, right?
Casshern2: probably slim-to-none in regards to a success rate, but it's still probably better than asking R18's customer support (who probably is not a decision-maker for the company).
