disk.shabi.com cant get torrent?

So I'm browsing a chinese bt site and I see this link (http://disk.shabi.com/mcncc.php?Mcncc=M-M8Gx4S1Mzh) to get the torrent. However I can't so I'm stuck. I've used Firefox and IE with no luck.
