It is a bit of a failed business model, really. JAV has always been a niche in the West, at best. Little to no access to it, and then if you figured out a way to get access it was censored, not at all what Western viewers were expecting and later craved! Because of Japanese laws, which should be respected since their society differs from (yours), this content was not intended for outside markets. And let's not forget to realize that there has to be (HAS to be) a good number of folks IN Japan that also share content. So, right off the bat the companies right at home are "losing money". Cut to current times and way too late in the game a big company decides to finally open up the flood gates to the West with their new website. A LOT of content. But by now the consensus is Why pay for something that was easily attainable for free (by torrents). People that say they get it for free yet pay a File Host are fooling themselves. If you pay to be able to get something...sorry, brother, that isn't free.

The perfect scenario would be that the masses who follow JAV would latch on to this new site and get their money's worth. That would, in theory, fund further projects and titles. Maybe even a Western tour of JAV stars! And Western sites that obviously know their content is floating all over the net probably don't complain (or maybe they do on forums we don't frequent, so really that's not an accurate statement) because they have enough loyal customers that it really doesn't impact them. Sure, ANY company will always want their bottom line as large and strong as possible. That's called BUSINESS, kids. These companies aren't in business for you, it's for them and their stakeholders. They produce a product that will hopefully create that bottom line for them. These sites we speak of are no different and it is their absolute right to have the goal of being able to dive into gold.

As an entrepreneur , im aware of those things. And it's fine ... even do i dont follow the philosophy of "get max profit and fuck the customer". But what realy pisses me off is this *** **** who comes here and bitches about people pirating their movies , when the service they offer is crap.

I wouldn't have even posted in this thread if it wasnt for this arogant crybaby who got on my nerves.

My friend I'm sorry to say that the only crybaby I see here isn't our seafaring friend. As an entrepreneur you of all people should know what it means when someone gets their hands on your products or services through basically unauthorized third-party means. And if someone does that, they are definitely not customers . And actual customers know what they are buying into when they purchase from those sites. If they don't like it, they certainly aren't bound by anything or anyone to remain a customer if they feel the services aren't what they are paying for or could be better. Only the customer is in control as to where they park their Yen. They can walk at any time.

And the service they offer is impressive!! It just doesn't allow for (easily) viewing outside their window.

This is not the point. I LOVE PORN. I like to buy JAV movies, and support this industries. But when I do, I'm not free to watch with what I want.
Download files are free AND I can do what i want with it (add subtitles, make Gifs,...), It's strange to buy something and be able to do less than with the free version.

That will remain to be the bottleneck.
