Some people can't use foreign credit cards on japanese sites so you can use this instead. Playstation jpn doesn't allow foreign cards, so, I can buy from this place and they send the code. Also, for people with PayPal but no credit card
 
Ah, okay. Thanks for the information. :)
It makes sense - unfortunately for those people who are interested in streaming content as DMM doesn't ship things overseas. :(
