If you mean are AV idols willing to drink semen? Then yes in general most AV idols are not very hesitant to drink cum. Pretty much a girl who think cum is gross would not enter the industry. I'm even pretty convinced that agents and studios would warn all newcomers what other yucky things they have to endure otherwise they wouldn't bother to sign the girl.

Let's be technical about it. A "cup", as a measuring unit in American kitchen, is 250ml. Japanese tend to have smaller drinks, but to satisfy the fans, I'd say a 1/3 cup is needed, so that's 80ml (same as a Yakult drink). A typical sperm load is 3ml so that's 27 loads of cum. Do they always have enough men on site to fill the cup? Very hard for me to believe no camera trick or slight of hands is applied to bulk up the quantity.
