I'm pretty sure most of them use pseudonyms. Many years ago, I almost died laughing when I heard about Bunko Kanazawa; Kanazawa-Bunko happens to be a railway station on a train line between Tokyo and Yokosuka!

This is a valid question. René Bond used her real name in most of the movies in which she performed. (I recommend viewing anything in which she appeared, even though it is not Asian.)
