that´s a curious dl / ul...
I tried three times, yet it was always aborted, twice with "no permission to write to hard disc", the last try endet with the message "cannot read file from source, inform the site adminstrator"...
anyone with identical experience?
The Broadcast End Special did successfully download for me, but I had to use a download manager set to 1 connection and I manually changed the file name before downloading. And the download took a few hours to finish. There might be something wrong with the file name that interferes with it downloading properly. So I downloaded it as "slump.wmv" then changed the file name to "[アニメ] Dr.SLUMP -ドクタースランプ-90’ 映像特典 「１時間スペシャル放映版エンディング集」 (DVD 640x480 WMV9).wmv" after the complete file finished downloading.
Finally i can upload the Special 2...

I cannot as I no longer have the series in my hard drives. Perhaps in a few months but not at the moment. Sorry. Perhaps elgringo14, redrooster or Mugesz might be able to help you. If someone does re-upload it, I recommend another host because the files were removed by Megaupload, not for lack of use, as I still have some of them in the file manager that I did not share because they were repeated.
