Does tokyobomb accept purchases from non japanese country?

I'm thinking to get a Credit Card to buy from tokybomb.com and this thread made me wonder if I actually can buy from them: http://www.akiba-online.com/forum/showthread.php?t=833222

Does anyone has information on that matter or at least a similar site like dmm or tokyobomb that has no problems with stinky gaijin money?

Well they use BitCash so you could always just buy the credits and be done with it. I sell the credits and charge a small fee for opening accounts for people. If you need one, let me know.
