Double post rule

I have a question:

Now, Users who make double post is warned or not ?
I see many user make double post but mod don't warn them.

One user gets suspended when he gets 3 infractions. Sometimes you don't see users getting suspended because of that, I guess. In rare cases we give only warnings or no infractions (for instance if the double-post is too close in time to the original post).
