Editing the Title of a Thread

When I edit the title of a thread by double-clicking the title in the list of threads, the changes are not saved.

I thought that double-clicking feature can only be used by the moderators. May be that's the reason why you couldn't make it work?

Yea I think it is only moderators who can do it.

I tried it with this post. Now I can't remember what the original title was!! Oops LOL, sorry about that!!

Oh I should've been more specific. I was able to edit my own thread titles in this manner prior to the latest server move. Maybe that was a bug and I'm not supposed to be able to do that at all?!? :coldsweat:

It's not that big of a deal for me anyways since I can just edit the title via editing the OP.

It may be related to the time limit (members have a time limit after which they can no longer edit thread titles, something to do with google indexing) or there may be a delay from you editing it to the edit being registered in the database (so that it shows up when you load a new page)

not sure which, but it could be either.

Either way, it works fine for me :tea:
