I found some thread about this topic, but it seems that it can't have enough information, so I create this one.

I've know the label FC2 recently and was very curious about them. So I want to know more about FC2.

1. What is FC2 and the kind movie released under FC2? I see that most of it is documentary genre. No script, no production team and was filmed in a hotel room.

2. Many mainstream JAV idols also have video released under FC2. Both in censored or uncensored category. And even leak scene from official movies. Most of this kind of movie don't show the actress's name, even their stage name.

3. If we have an code of FC2 movie (for example: FC2-PPV xxxxxx). How can we reverse the process to find the actress's name?

So please share with me anything you know about the FC2, I will appreciate it. Thank you!

FC2 is just a marketplace where anyone can upload content to sell. You basically have real amateurs uploading homemade content, one man studios doing the same, and stolen content (leaks mostly) as you pasted in above.

Hmm it's surprise to anyone? Basically all you need is a pussy and a smart phone for a minimal one-woman studio (one-man studio is less likely to make money). A woman can selfie herself in the nude, masturbation or more and make money on FC2 (now Taiwan also has a similar platform call SWAG). If you invest a bit, get a penis, make-up, lighting, maybe do some editing, sound mixing, rent a nice location (easiest is love hotel), buy a variety of sex toys and lube, and lots of lingerie and costumes.

Actually you need only minimal infrastructure in Japan. You can film it in your home country and upload to FC2. I imagine you need to travel to Japan at least once to set up some bank account (maybe find a local company which helps foreigner set up) to receive payment from FC2, but once you set up, you can probably stay in your home country and upload to FC2 as often as you can produce them and say every two or three months have your FC2 income wire-transferred back to your local bank.

It might be even easier to set up with Taiwan's SWAG, the website is bilingual and Taiwanese are relatively fluent in English and foreigner-friendly compared to Japanese. Big question is SWAG being new, the same vid may generate more income from FC2 than SWAG. Hard to say... depends a lot on the content you are selling and the taste of the clientèle.

Well, but, it is, in fact, uncensored, not to be confused with decensored just like you said. The leak was just the raw footage that had not been censored, no? So, uncensored. That being said, I'm assuming neither the studio nor Julia put that up on FC2, does that mean FC2 is immune to DMCA orders?

Nope, Uncensored is produced as Uncensored by Dreamroom, Caribbean, 1Pondo, Tokyo Hot etc. So far Julia has not made a vid with them yet.

DMCA order only protect United States of America business. I have never heard of them doing anything for JAV copyright holders.

I don't know what Japanese laws and law enforcement has to protect JAV copyrights. Esp. if FC2 is (technically?) operating out of a foreign country (say, USA) then there's nothing Japan can do.

:D Semantics. You're pointing out actual Uncensored productions, which is not what that was, no. I'm pointing out the fact that the video with Julia that got leaked has no censorship, hence it is uncensored. Let's call it non-mosaiced and call it even.

Whoa, but, didn't this very site get hit with DMCA threats over Knights Visual and Asfur content? Neither of those, to my knowledge, have a Made in the USA sticker on them.

Not that I'm complaining, I hope FC2 gets to do what they do until the end of time. Very nice content there.

Semantics indeed. And I am still trying to understand your point, other than muddying a very nice compact clearly defined word. (at least for JAV fandom) "uncensored" for the category of Dreamroom, Caribbean etc. Are you looking for a word for the union set of leaks plus uncensored? Or leaks plus uncensored and decensored. Maybe some fans want a category for genitals?

Hmm I never paid attention to that case. What's KV again? Child porn? Hmm... can't remember, just not my cup of tea. I don't mind KV's gone from here. Always assumed it has to do with banning KV content being available, including both by piracy or by customer paying legit money to copyright holder. Was it using DMCA? Not sure, maybe. DMCA is pretty omnipotent. But it's purpose is to suppress KV, not protect their copyright.

I have never heard of DMCA doing anything for non-USA copyright holders.

It is absolutely clearly defined. That Julia clip, while not an official release by any means (by a production company that produces uncensored content), does it have censorship (read mosaic) applied to it? It does not. Therefore, it is not censored, hence...

As for KV, come on, you've been around here long enough ding, you know darn well Knights Visual has nothing to do with that and never has and certainly wouldn't have been on this site if it did.

But, we're way off topic here, sorry. OP wanted to know about FC2, but, I think things posted already pretty much sum it up.

All he's saying is that it's not censored. If you say it's not really uncensored then people get confused and think it's one of those fake de-mosaic videos.

Do you know that before FC2 there's once an adult marketplace section in "dmm.to"? It's taken down after like just 3 months because of the huge amount of loli, both fake and real, porn content. I think the traffic was bigger than FC2 due to items appearing and soon sold out left and right mainly due to the aforementioned content.

Regarding FC2, there were some real gems there like bareback gangbang with pretty girls. Sadly movies like those are getting rarer nowadays and more indie studios releasing censored vids.

Here's a tip: good old FC2 movies are often resold under Tokyo Hot, Zipang, Heydouga, and Diva labels among others.

Can you share some vid codes (FC2-XXXXX)? I'm curious what they look like. (yeah of course I will use them for fapping too, but I mean genuine curiosity) Do they look like someone plop up a smart phone on a table and everyone join the group sex, or one drunk dude handheld the camera and give me motion sickness. Or they really look like a pro cameraman with decent lighting? Are they re-sold by the Uncensored studios as they normal productions or as amateur videos? But then I must admit... the production value of some Uncensored studio really look very home-brew. I think I only ever watched 1 Zipang vid, a few Heydouga and I've never even heard of Diva.

The original FC2 index number is in the bowel of the internet somewhere. I think the creator is the famous "Sangou/Destron" (there are 3 versions of them) which is still the best ranked seller in FC2.

BTW the girl in the video above later starred in a Tokyo Hot video as Mina Yoshizawa in n1139 and k1336. And like Tokyo Hot as usual, they completely wasted her potential by telling her to act like a r*** victim in n1139 (you can see her real self in the Zipang/FC2 or Go Hunting video). There's also an earlier 3p video of her but it's not as good as the 5p one.

so about fc2 site and vids.....

like all good things....they don't last

set up as a site for people to sell original amateur, voyeur, fetish stuff (both uncensored and censored)...a lot of good vids in the earlier numbers. I had tried keeping track of the vids and some of the good up-loaders. Yes there are some original up-loaders that hire not so famous JAV stars.

There had been several prominent arrests of FC2 uploaders in Japan because they showed either a) uncensored body parts or b) used under-aged girls

now the site is messy, lots of old fc2 vids re-uploaded by other users to make qwik money, lots of vids pretending to be amateur, but turn out to be from a studio. There still are many great vids if you are into that kind of stuff and know how to sort thru the trash.

before fc2..there was a site called.."underground....." where you could basically get the same stuff

I'm not sure if the creator or creators is/are destron 1, 2, 3..but they made a lot of vids. If you search for zipang or real-diva, you can find a lot of destron stuff that predates their fc2 vids or it could be them re-posting their older stuff.

Before Destron or maybe at the same time, there were the infamous 'bancho' or 'the sith' vids...

Yes that's what I'm getting at. Studios/publishers/pirates posting old vids to FC2 for extra profit. I'm curious a very popular vid on FC2 can make how much money? Could it cover cost of hiring a decent (forget top rank) AV idol, rent a location, buy/rent camera and lights, post-production. The cost to make a good vid. And enough profit to say... minimal/competitive hourly wage for all people to contribute to it.
