Female directors who participate/get fked in their own movies?

This series YMDD-119 reminds me of a movie that I once watched where the female director (I think she's an ex-JAV actress) ends up participating.

On the male side, Taiga-Kousakai is known for this. As an example, he busted a nut inside one of the two actresses in SDEN-039 (unfortunately the scene has a cut so the creampie could be fake). If you familiar with Knights Visual, the director also sometimes cum inside the girls in some of their earlier videos. Mobsters also did this sometimes but I'm not sure if it's just an act or not.

Anyway, it's a small novelty for male directors to participate "spontaneously" in their own movies. Do you know any with female directors? Intentional or not wouldn't matter in this case because it would be just as hot (even self-shot videos)!

It's a retirement movie where the actress directed the movie herself. At least that's how tell what it is but perhaps the whole thing is fake.

But why is there's also the pervert director Taiga-Kosakai in the movie (the one wearing pink t-shirt)? Maybe he's the real director. BTW Taiga-Kosakai often participates in his own movies - I hope that he passes it on to Aoi Rena when she herself becomes a director like Nao Masaki.

I don't know the exact role of a director in a scene, but considering there are scenes in western porn where the actor is the director and even the camera operator...
But to be honest if there's something I don't have for JAV is any trust. They fake the most obvious things, so of course they're going to fake a director performing at the scene.
