Female ejaculation is normal, but not all girls can do it. It isn't piss either.

Some porn does focus on girls who squirt, so I guess it can be classified as a fetish...? But I'm not sure.

Scat is basically shit and futanari is dickgirls. Dickgirls can have both a penis with balls and vagina, penis no balls with a vagina, just a penis alone, or penis with balls alone. Their dick size can vary in size from small to big including their sack size only if they have a sack. BD and BDSM I keep forgetting. Piss is pee or urine and no girls don't squirt out urine.
