File Sharing and P2P... Which one do you use and is the best

I was wondering which file sharing programs you guys use and which ones are good.. Would like some advice

Depending on what you're trying to download, some networks are better than others. My basic four that I use on a (near) daily basis are Share, PD, torrents, and slsk.

You gotta be careful though, the J-Police are cracking down on torrent downloads. I can assume you are asking about Japanese downloading programs... since this is the Japan discussion, eh?
