filejoker log on problems

Hi
I have forgottem my password for file joker.
i have tried to contact them but the new catchpa doent seem to work. The catchpa are now different colour shapes and I cant seem to get them to match up so i cant request my password.
Its the same problem when I click on contact us. The same catchpas come up and I cant seem to select the correct one.
So Can anyone please help?
Either advice on how to select the right coloured catchpa?
Or how do I contact filejoker to ask for a password reminder. without having to go through the catchpas?

You need to select ALL the symbols of the same shape - doesn't matter if they are different colours or sizes. So you might have to select two or three of them, not just one

Thanks but getting in touch with support means you still have to get the correct catchpa.
By sheer chance I managed to get through and get nerw password.
So thanks aain but its sorted.

I’m not sure if you got your filejoker working properly, but I have had a similar issue with the new (newish?) captchas. When I use explorer on my computer, the captchas don’t ‘work’. But when I use google chrome, it does work. Not sure why.
Let us know if you hear anything - curious if Can do anything differently. Thanks

I have not hesrd anything new. It is awkward to use though.
