Finding JAVs online before their release date?

I have been noticing that you can find some JAVs online before their supposed release date. How could that be possible?

One studio that usually have online leaked before the actual release date is from prestige, from what i know, prestige DVD is manufactured in Taiwan, and someone there leak it first before the actual release date.
