There were plenty in the past when "uncen" studios like Caribbeancom or 1pondo still thrived. Sometimes when actressess are about to retire, they could sign up to make a couple of uncen movies at those studios.

still thrived ? are they out of business? I can find the names of FA PRO actresses on their website. Are there any websites similar to Caribbeancom or 1pondo where I can search using the actress's name? However, they might have used another name. Damn!

I guess I will have to copy-paste each name with 'uncensored' on Google.

yea..back in the days...when actress almost retire...its where the excitement starts..thats when uncen of them comes out

It seems like something changed in the industry because back in the day all the big AV stars like Ai Uehara, Yui Hatano, Aika, etc would do uncensored stuff. It was practically standard. Not hiding it at all, using the same name between both censored and uncensored.
Now it's almost unheard of, if you're lucky maybe you'll find a girl in a FC2 video under a different name.

Nice site but even on FC2, not all are uncensored. The pretty girls who have some names still do censored stuff sold on FC2.
