Performer: Natsume Iroha

Outline: Natsume stars as an investigator in this movie and she's looking into a series of mysterious deaths caused by an unknown drug.
She also has a personal stake in the investigation, but unfortunately for her things rarely go well for female cops, magical girls and the like in JAV.

Impressions: Personally I don't really watch movies of this genre, but it looks to me that this one has quite high production values for a JAV. It also has something at least halfway resembling a plot, which may be a plus in your eyes.
The actress is what I'd call "model-thin." She's pretty but I prefer women with a bit more meat on their bones.
There is a blackmail/forced blowjob scene that was quite hot though.

Isn't it normally that everyone gives $10 and if the total sum is reached (maybe $80 or more) the translation is done and everyone who chipped in gets the subtitle?
As far as I can remember no one offered a translation of a whole movie for only $10 in the akiba resident JAV subtitlers & talk of JAV subtitles thread.

Yes, watermarked titles are uncalled for! But that's not his fault. I surely hope he intends to release these subs to one person for $10 with the understanding that they will most likely share to the masses. He's gonna make $10 a title save for the honest Abe's that decide to pay him directly again.

And yes ohgodtoomch has the right idea.

As for the pricing, my intention was to ask for $10 from everyone who is interested in the sub.
Perhaps you feel this is steep, I understand that a great majority of people don't pay for porn or things related to it.

I'm just one guy doing everything to make this sub, not a big faceless company.
Making these subs takes a significant amount of effort and it is relatively unprofitable for the time invested, which is probably a main reason why so few are willing to do it.

I'd do it free of charge if I could, but because of how much time it takes (doing this regularly would add as many hours as a part-time job), I do need at least some remuneration to make it feasible financially.
Keep in mind that in the scheme of things, even if I posted this in public it's very likely that only a handful of people are willing to fork over money for something like this. So no one is getting rich off this.

I was discussing this with Motiman as well (the person who originally spearheaded the commission) and he thought it'd be a good idea if I made the sub public after half a year.
I'm in agreement with that after some thinking. That way the people who originally paid for it get some exclusivity and I potentially get to generate some sales, but later everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the sub.
And this is a sharing site after all.

Regarding people leaking the sub, there's nothing I can do about that and I realize that things are uncontrollable once they are on the net.
All I can do is kindly ask for your understanding of the above.

Just thought i would add to the conversation and state how happy i was working with fruxano on this project. He ensured a high quality standard of work for us, making sure the translation was properly checked for any mistakes and even edited the timings that we had provided for him.

The grammar and spelling were all correct and the excellent localisation made sure that it was very easy to understand throughout. I'm sure some of the scientific jargon used was not easy to translate directly so it's a credit to him that he was able to make it all understandable.

As has been explained we were able to get a group together to co-fund this project, which is what enabled us to acquire this sub for only $10 each. The sub is still available to purchase from either fruxano or myself and we have agreed to share the proceeds between the two of us. Hopefully this will mean that fruxano earns a bit more for all the work he did on this translation, and it gives me a little extra that i can use for the next project that we will work together on.

I can highly recommend him if any one who wants to have translation done but of course his time and effort comes at a price which you can discuss with him. The fact that he is willing to give a discount for providing the timings is also very useful.
