You've got some fairly funky requirements.

That said, there are quite a few. The NTJK series is probably your best bet (just search for that code in this forum). Far as I can tell, all the girls are shaved, they all wear t-backs, and there's almost always a massage scene although there might not be slime (let's not get too fussy here, ok?)
