God I hate VR. Not the idea itself, but all the movies that are only available on VR and no version without the distortion for people that don't want VR is available.

piracy is probably the big downfall of JAV, it has killed a lot of the adult industry, i remember reading about a small independant lesbian movie maker who went under, some one would download it on the day released, then it would be up on torrents on the same day of release, meanwhile he had to pay actresses and all the costs of making a porno and in the end didnt even break even, piracy is not a victimless crime

I have been pretty disappointed with JAV as a whole lately, I feel like everything is in a decline, including gokkun. The shokuza (cum on food) sub-genre is completely dead. Even my favorite Gokkun studio, Knights-Visual is different now. I know everyone loves KV-212, and it may well be a good release (I have not watched it), but my favorite series, Pacifier Prep School looks dead. The last Pacifier Prep School, KV-202, was released early last year... ...Knights-Visual seem like they are doing a ton of VR stuff now. No idea if they are any good, I don't have a headset, but I doubt they are as good at the Prep School series.
yeah jav gokkun is pretty dead and has been for going on 2 years now. but no year will ever be as good as 2015. 2015 maybe the best year ever for gokkun.
@jsjav thanks for the recommendations bro, i have not been keeping up with jav lately mostly because so little good gokkun has been coming out. as for what ive been watching mostly shit from 2015 like ASW-191, DJE-056, MVSD-274, MIGD-669, MVSD-269, (fuck 2015 was a great year for gokkun.) and DTK-001 i miss maki-tan so much. she was the best cumslut we have had in years.

I use my VR for regular movies all the time for regular movies. No distortion and it gives the effect of watching a big screen movie. I have a Oculus GO however. I don't know about Google Dream or other devices.
I think i should have rephrased that VR is probably only worth it if you have Oculus Go/Rift or Gear VR. Daydream sucked IMO. I just find wearing a headset really uncomfortable, but I do like the idea of the immersion. Probably just a personal preference.
Agree about Maki - what a girl she was, her and Airi both missed. I know Airi is still around but not doing Gokkun movies as far as I am aware. I think it's good to keep the thread going to share the good stuff even if it is old stuff

That's based on the fallacious assumption that all those who pirate would buy the movie if they could not pirate it, or that those who pirate would not buy that movie or another movie. Studies have shown again and again that the biggest buyers of legal music are pirates. The more people priate music, the more likely they are to spend money on music. I am not sure the same is true for porn (in fact, I highly doubt it), but suggest that each and every pirated copy equals one lost sale (especially of the DRMed crap from DMM/R18) is just ridiculous. Any movie maker that bases their success entirely on fighting piracy deserves to fail.
