1989年日本女子高中生水泥被殺埋屍事件，是指1988年11月至1989年1月發生在日本東京都足立區綾瀨的綁票、禁錮、強姦、謀殺和屍體遺棄的嚴重罪案的通稱。

當時，一群青少年，在強暴了一名女子高中生後，將她綁架並進行囚禁，虐待了40幾天後，將她殺害，用水泥掩埋和棄屍。在此期間，該名女子都沒能好好進食，而且最後被毆打到面目全非。然而，其實她也不是被餓死的，而是有一天，一名青少年為了好玩，灌了她一堆義大利麵，但女子根本就無法消化，所以吐了滿地；這時，剛好另一青少年打電動輸了錢回來，看到後很生氣，於是就毆打她，並用亞鈴把她砸死了。

由於案件嚴重，加上涉案者當時均未成年，而且犯罪歷時長，對當時的社會造成極大的打擊。因為這是（日本）第一次用水泥棄屍，所以之後漸漸開始有人加以模仿。在日本，也因為此案件而特別修改了【少年法】。
