I sometimes use http://www.pron.tv for finding direct download links but you can look for streaming links as well. It's not limited to JAV, but it works for it too.

I have more trouble finding HD download links.

It's unfortunate, because you can easily find HD download links for Western porn.

Although I guess I shouldn't complain when it's free
