[Help] Edit my post, but then it disappears...

Every time I edit my post to ad links from File...Serve... it says my post contains stuff that cannot by displayed & needs to get approved. I lost my thanks as well.

Is File... Serve banned or something?

I tried to do the sharebee thing but it seems that place is down.

Whats up with this, I see File..serve links all over.

fileserve is banned and has been since last June, only exclusive uploaders are allowed to use , I do not think you lose your thanks

If you post or edit a post with fileserve links, it goes automatically to the moderation queue.

One moderator has to approve it (in case of exclusive uploader), or give an infraction for cashlinks (to the other).

You should definitly have a look at the announcements section:

In particular the sticky ones (rules, do not upload list, cash links).

I got an answer from another mod this morning.
I confused Filesonic as being approved with Fileserve.
Ever since RS screwed me over I've been looking @ all the new host options.

There's been so many new rules since I first joined,it's crazy.
It's not a bad thing though, I guess its part of growing as a community.
This is one instance where it sucks to be a "senior member" (insert sarcasm):evil: andalaugh:

What requirements do we have to meet to have us considered an "exclusive uploader"?

Should I report FS links that are being offered through sites like Sharebee?

There's been so many new rules since I first joined,it's crazy.

We had many spammers and double posters joining since, filehosting became a huge money-making business, not talking about some DMCA issues. :notagain:

I also remember the first year being here, when it was all quiet on the western front. :scared:

You are required to upload stuff that you ripped and encoded yourself, and behave right overall. I think most of the exclusive uploaders are in the Idol Downloads section.

I'd say almost half of my upload are in the Idol section.
Do you guys think I'd be eligible to be considered an "Exclusive Uploader"?
