Unfortunately all links I found pointed to a deleted video, so I couldn't get more info out of it. It does seem to be from october 2013 or before, though.

Found it, the actress is Momo Aida 相田桃 and the scene is from an uncensored movie also starring Ayumi Kurosawa 黒沢あゆみ called Sexy Doll. Since Ayumi was active in JAV 1991-1993 this must be pretty old.
Unfortunately I could only find a low res VHS rip, but it was good enough to confirm the scene was in there.

but may i know where did you find the VHS rip?
because as far as i know, all videos that have that thumbnail have been deleted.
