Doesn't look like those are actual movie covers, can't find any of them. Besides, some of the scenes are showing up on R18 and DMM as seperate streaming options so I think they're actually new just for this movie. See for example: http://www.r18.com/videos/vod/movies/detail/-/id=1nhdtb01582
Maybe you are right, the title is "The Molester General Rally 2018 10 Exclusively Filmed Masterpieces Of Summer Total [Creampie] Special" so maybe its not a compilation.
