There's a bit of confusion I think.

You should remove the cover for english version of "Cosplay Cafe" the first series, that was licensed from Milky.

The second series you propose is from Pink Pineapple and is not (will never be ?) licensed.
And the real name is "Hitozuma Cosplay Kissa 2", there is no official english title.
