What's exactly this series about?

And how are you suppose to fap to that? I guess there are some real life drama elements (I see girls crying) that are supposed to be interesting and exciting but I don't understand Japanese.

I think Gouki the poster above just gave the answer.
 
Suppoaedly, 37 candidates (all AV idols) compete for the love of that guy on the cover. Its a sexualized parody. The crying is either for failing to win the love of that dude or losing a competition, or both...

Note that HNDS-064 is NOT "a new one" of the series/theme. It is a "Complete Version" of the previous vid AVOP-410. Somehow they found about 80 minutes of extra footage (how hard could that be?) and rerelease almost the same vid.
