Either you copy a image link with proper tags like
[/URL ] which you get from image upload websites like imageshack or fapomatic.
Or you use the "manage attachments" button below the message box, you will get a utilitary box. Select an image file from your computer, and upload it, close the box and finished.
I take an example with a picture of Dream Hunter Rem, one of my favorite anime girls. :shy:

gives if you remove two spaces at the end

and the second option leads to a picture attached on the bottom of the post.
