Well, I was actually looking for something more like "enjo kosai"(amateur) but hookers(professional) are ok, too, as long as they are young and japanese.

Well, "enjo-kosai" means "compensated dating" and sex is not a given and probably shouldn't even be expected. This should not be confused with prostitution nor compared to an "escort service" which is the closest western paralell. I think enjo-kosai reached its' peak in the '90's and early 2000. Fads with High School kids come and go. Of course I don't know for sure, I don't live in Japan. Rumor has it that you can "hook up" with these girls at a telekura, (telephone-based dating services), or the more modern merukura, (mobile phone and personal computer based dating services).

I remember doing some research into mongering in Japan. I quickly realized it is never going to happen, cost is prohibitive and if you can't speak basic Japanese you are going to struggle.
After the ease of having fun in Thailand, Japan just seems a hundred times more complicated. Pity since I think Japanese girls are gorgeous.

It's probably true that on avergage Japanese girls are prettier than their other asian cousins, however I do agree that Thailand and the Philipines are easier places if you're a European man after a "different" experience. If you're a first timer with an Asian lady, you'll really not notice the difference between Japanese and other Asian... they're all cute
If the op hasn't yet tried these places I would respectfully suggest that these countries are his first port of call. If you do your research and have your wits about you, there are many beautiful young women who are willing to make your holiday an experience of a lifetime, without you having to mortgage your house to pay for it.
