How can i use Akiba Tracker ?

Can someone tell me how to use Akiba Tracker ? I have a plenty films want to share via P2P , but i can't get some public or private tracker to post it . May someone help me ? I promise you won't be disappointed about my post

Akiba tracker is offline since ~18 months already, and I´m not sure whether chompy plans to start it again, as there are enough trackers for free use to be found in the web.

Nope.
We no longer run the tracker and won't start it up again.
It's pretty redundant, since there's loads of open trackers out there.
If all else fail, just use DHT.
