How do I contact an admin?

In each forum section, there's a Moderators section at the bottom with the names of the admins for that specific section.
You can then send them a private message asking for help solving your problem(assuming you did your research first or they might not like to be bothered for something stupid).
There's also the IRC channel(there's a link to it in the top menu) where many admins hang out so you can get help there if you wait for one to come online. Just be sure to ask your question and not ask if you can ask a question.
