I don't know if this has been covered before but how do they make these videos of people having sex in public in Japan I saw a video where a guy literally fucks a girl on what is obviously a real subway train and there's people all around them.

Those types of videos are nigh on impossible to produce nowadays. The AV industry of the early aughts (when most of these were produced) was the wild west compared to today.

I recall one video where they actually had sex in a train and you could see real tall staff members blocking the windows in the next train car.

99% its staged

most of the time that kind of action was staged but the viewer did not notice or refuse to accept the fact

subway or train cars are a big part of real life japan, so they feature prominently in tv shows and movies. there are filming sets of "real" train cars available for production studios, both mainstream and (i'm assuming) JAV. All the people you see in the car are part of the production. Unless you actually see the train stopping and people outside on the platform, etc., most likely it's a train car film set.

I think they're staged. For bus, that's easy to get their own bus. But train, well, maybe they hire or block a car.

For train, it's probably, as periph said, a train car available for production. If you look closer in the link, you will see that the "outside" light is really bright and you never see how is it outside (buildings, etc...). Why ? Because it would be a warehouse and there would be staff all around.

There's staged titles that take place in fake train cars and ones that actually take place in train cars.

If it's a train car and you can see outside and it's moving, it's real. If the outside is very visible, it's staged. Simple. :)
JAV doesn't use fancy green screens, they don't have the budget for that.

Buses on the other hand are easy to rent so they're 'real' as in the bus may actually be driving around though everyone on board are actors. However, now with Ethics companies not approving titles that have sex filmed outside, you probably won't see them made unless the rules slacken (which they probably will).

I don't know about train sets in detail, but I do know there's one (!) airplane set that AV studios can use in Tokyo. It ain't cheap and costs around $500USD an hour to rent so it's used sparingly.

It's all staged.

In my city here in Japan, they have soaplands with full mock-ups of train carriages. You can pay for the 痴漢 experience.

yes I have seen some JAV with airplane & stewardess theme, and I'm sure 100% its staged

so if they can rent an airplane, ofcourse they can rent train too like darksider said, it could be shoot in a warehouse, like a lot of western porn did in the past

look at 2.19 minute, they need to block the whole road to stage that
It depends on the director on how much of a risk he is willing take to do some shots. Supposedly these types of videoes are less common today due to stricter surveillance to protect from terrorism which increases the risk of getting caught, and the fact that most people own a camera so there is a risk that someone will film it and upload it.

I think from the dimmed view of the outside when they are in the van, the van has either very dark tinted windows or mirror tinted windows. So nobody outside can really see them. When they open the door, it could be real or semi-controlled. The mini SUV that stops to their left and slightly behind is probably in on it and there to block the rest of the traffic. The scooter guy could be in on it as well. Or it could be real/uncontrolled but they were only outside for less than 30 seconds.

periph: it's 100% real. I know the company that filmed it (and that XVideos link may be coming down soon).

The van is tinted as far as I know, but aside from that it's real and of course you'll never see companies taking these risks anymore.

To be really honest, if I was in a car and actually see that, I would do something (taking car's number and proof pics then call the police, because beating their asses wouldn't be the best option as I'm not japanese, I wouldn't want to go back to my country for that lol). Fake public is fine, but in real NO. What if there were kids around ?

It reminds me the "Public Disgrace" vids. What the heck ?
