My airfare was quite cheap because I flew there from another country in Asia, only about 500 USD round trip. You could totally have a great time there for less than what I spent though. The most expensive items on the budget were the two girls giving above and beyond service for a week and the seven days in the private beach villa I took them to where there was quite a bit of five star service and fine dining involved. If you stayed in Angeles and just took girls to your hotel there you could spend less than half that easily.
It's only an hour's drive from Manila and any hotel you book will send a driver to the airport for a fair price. There's a closer airport called Clark Airbase, it's an old US base but airfare to there is usually more expensive.
