Why is it when I try wget, I get this error?

I am downloading it as I type this. It's working perfectly.
I got a bit of error of the command. Is it because of my ISP location?
Do I have to open port 8218?

I'm only able to download a 100 byte mp4 file. It says I need to download the actual app which I don't really want to. Is there any specific method with this add on?
Ok, probably something has changed. Anyway, use the different download method:
- Open any video on highporn.net
- Using developer tools, find similar video link: http://54.***42:8280/I***Fl6AgA=.mp4?st=3wN****YW_Rg**97Aw&e=15***25
- Copy this link to some download manager but do not start the download
- In the download manager you need to specify the referrer, use the link from the address bar of the browser.
- Now you can start downloading
Working flawlessly. Was able to use wget to download it I just needed download helper to get the links. Thank you!
